LOAN PRODUCTS
- FundCore is focused on the origination of commercial real estate loans secured by office, retail, industrial, multifamily, hospitality and self storage assets located in the United States. Our preferred loan size ranges from $5 million to $100 million; however we will consider larger or smaller financing requests on a case-by-case basis
- Through our balance sheet and conduit product offerings we have the ability to provide financing on both stabilized and transitional assets, and can lend throughout the capital structure, including first mortgage loans, B-notes/mezzanine loans and preferred equity. Transaction types include acquisitions, refinancing, recapitalizations and discounted payoffs

- Offering 2-5 year fixed and floating rate senior loans, B-notes/mezzanine loans and preferred equity to be held on balance sheet to maturity
- Stabilized and transitional assets located in the top 50 MSAsĀ
CONDUIT ORIGINATION
- Offering 5-, 7- and 10-year fixed rate senior loans targeted for CMBS securitization
- Stabilized assets located in the top 70 MSAs
